Effective Meetings and How to Deal with a Difficult Audience
Think about the number of hours you spend a week in meetings of one sort or another. How many of those have successful outcomes? A meeting of numerous members of the team is a massive commitment of resources, whether in person or on-line.
Ineffective meetings can be costly for all concerned. It requires great skills to create the right thinking environment, resolve problems and prevent certain people disrupting the event. A difficult audience can hi-jack a meeting, create negativity, or ruin the message you are trying to convey. Having the skills to prevent this, can save time, money, resources and your peace of mind.

- Define the components of effective meetings.
- Build strategies to handle difficult members of the audience.
