  • Discuss with peers from a wide range of businesses.
  • Share and learn experiences.
  • Agree actions for change.

“I just wanted to thank you for a great workshop. It really got me thinking about leadership and how to better connect with my team, looking at things from their point of view”Arabella Redford, Entrepreneur

Friday 10th November from 9 – 10.30 am on-line.

Accountability Without Blame

Accountability is a key concept in leadership and the design of organisations.  Achieving basic levels of accountability is no longer enough; it needs to be embedded in the culture at all levels. Encouraging people to be accountable whilst avoiding blame is a tricky balancing act for many managers.

You will be able to:

  • Define the importance of accountability and the issues involved.
  • Avoid a blame culture.
  • Agree actions for change.

  • Accountability and the issues you face.
  • Impact of blame.
  • Holding yourself to account for change.

This participative and practical workshop comes with learning material and a summary of the discussions. Your investment is £50/session.

“My achievements are thanks to your training. It’s so great to see the positive results amongst the regular attendees” Oliver Hemson, Director
