Language of Leadership is a unique intensive on-line course, which has been developed for a global company to meet their specific needs. However, it can be adapted to meet your business needs.
The aim of this series of virtual workshops is to enable you to gain maximum credibility in leading your team, inspire and convey your vision and values, and achieve results. The results you can therefore expect are:
- Define the qualities of modern leadership and adapt your style to meet varying situations
- Build engagement and relationships with your staff and other stakeholders
- Communicate with impact daily to deliver the message
- Deliver your message with credibility, clarity, and integrity
- Gain commitment to achieve the business results by balancing leadership and management with passion and compassion
Programme
There will be four half-day sessions, two back-to-back and a week apart. These are highly participative and practical. There will be plenty of time for discussion and sharing of best practice with two facilitators and a small group of delegates. Some pre and post course work is required, which includes preparing short presentations and a review session after a month.
The programme also contains the on-line Integrated Leadership Assessment (ILM72), which measures your preferred leadership style and a private one-to-one coaching session to review your results.

Investment
The investment for this programme is £3800 all inclusive of materials, delivery, and post course review; assuming a maximum of 8 delegates. It also includes the ILM72 assessment with extra one hour one-to-one coaching sessions. The pricing can be adjusted if you have less than 8.
