FUN – FASCINATING – FRIENDLY
The Mind Your Head Showcase will demonstrate the Brain Cell activities and provide an opportunity for you to try them out. The event is open to the public of all ages, but is particularly aimed at the over 50’s. The £3.00 entry fee also provides access to the beautiful Kingston Maurward gardens and animal park. (normally £6.00) You can bring a picnic and enjoy a family afternoon.
This is a fund raising event to sustain the Mind Your Head Challenge, as a not-for-profit voluntary community organisation enabling the over 50’s to stimulate their brains for better mental wellbeing.
Discover the wide range of mind stimulating activities available to you and be more than entertained. If you want to keep your brain active and make new friends, then this event is the place to come. This is also ideal for Carers and Activity Co-Ordinators who are looking for new ideas and useful connections.
