Maintaining Mental Resilience is a bespoke virtual workshop, which is designed to ensure Wellbeing Champions can maintain and protect their resilience in order to support others. It will encourage individuals to successfully adapt in the face of highly adverse conditions and protect the brain power in the business.

The objectives are:

  • Understand the nature and importance of mental resilience.
  • Identify actions to maintain it.
  • Get answers to questions and concerns about it.

The learning will be:

  • The inside out approach.
  • The importance of resilience.
  • How to recognise issues in yourself and others.
  • Simple actions for change.

In these challenging times, it is appropriate to step back and think about this more critical factor of your wellbeing. If you would like this workshop designed for your team, please contact me.
