Time is the most valuable asset we have, yet we cannot manage it as it is a constant. All we have control over is our self management in the time that we have. Making the best use of your time is vital, because in the current economic climate, there can be even more pressure on us to perform just to survive. You may feel as if you have to be all things to all people and self care may the last thing on your list of priorities. Also, delegation can be one of the most difficult management skills to master.

Nose too close to the grindstone

We are given 24 hours every day, but how we choose to spend those hours will vary depending on our self management. Having our nose too close to the grindstone can cause us to lose sight of what is important. Not enough time may be spent working on the business, as we rush around in the business.

This series of two virtual 90-minute workshops will give you the opportunity to take the time out to think, evaluate your self management and design actions that are right for you.
