Coaching for Leaders aims to improve performance and confidence. It involves a one day workshop and three two-hour sessions of action learning at monthly intervals. Action learning is where people work in a group to coach each other to resolve real work based problems. The focus is to help each individual find solutions to their own issues; with the support and challenge of the others. The coaching will be used to build the delegates’ and their team’s leadership skills and performance.
