You will recognise that with the introduction of corporate responsibility legislation, it is important to not only train people, but also be able to prove they are competent. Here is a new and exciting approach to health & safety issues. It has been designed to bring legislation and procedures to life, with the time to share ideas and feedback, and build teams.

Participants, working in teams, compete over the day in proving their ability to deal with a range of challenging situations. They ‘walk into’ five different scenarios, not knowing what they will face. Under the watchful eye of experts, they are required to use their knowledge to manage the situation. Each team will be assessed, awarded points and given feedback and guidance for improving. After sharing their learning at the end of the day, there is an award for the winning team.

This course was designed in conjunction with a Health & Safety Executive Principal Inspector and business owner. It is relevant, challenging and exciting, and gives your team a different perspective on their responsibilities for safety at work.
