This Showcase will demonstrate the Brain Cell activities and provide an opportunity for you to try them out. The event is open to the public of all ages, but is particularly aimed at the over 50′s. The £3.00 entry fee also provides access to the beautiful Kingston Maurward gardens and animal park. You can bring a picnic and enjoy a family day.

Witness the unique chess event when Raymond Keene OBE, Chess Grand Master, author and writer for The Times, will challenge 20 Dorset chess players at the same time. If you are a keen chess player and would like to challenge to be one of those twenty, please let us know.

This is a fund raising event to sustain the Mind Your Head Challenge, as a not-for-profit voluntary community organisation enabling the over 50′s to keep mentally stimulated for better mental wellbeing. .
