Speaking as a Leader is all about integrity, impact and inspiration.speaking as a leader

This is an exclusive, innovative, and strategic workshop, which provides:

  • Insight into your preferred leadership style, so you can adapt it to the needs of the business.
  • Greater credibility to your message to gain trust and respect from a variety of stakeholders.
  • Confidence to inspire your team and build the culture you want.
  • Techniques to maintain attention on the business goals and values.
  • Constructive feedback on the impact of your message.

Importance of Speaking as a Leader

The modern employee is far more selective of who they choose to follow. The eyes of your team are on you to ensure that what you say is congruent with what you do. They will take their lead from you. If you want to achieve your vision, you need to ensure everyone understands and has maximum attention on it, so it is important to engage with them.

The two days will be practical and participative to help you  influence and motivate employees and other stakeholders. You will learn how your vision and goals can be clearly communicated in every day actions; and how respect, trust and loyalty are earned. There is plenty of time to share ideas and have individual attention with a maximum of six delegates and two tutors.

Enhance your skills to ensure the credibility of your message, reduce uncertainty and improve morale.

We will focus on:

  • The qualities employees expect from leaders.
  • How you establish credibility and portray those qualities.
  • Techniques to deliver your message with memorable and inspiring impact.
  • What to do to stay congruent to the message on a daily basis.
  • Ways to vary your communication to match the audience.
  • How you play a part in engaging your team.
  • What keeps employees’ attention on the business goals.
  • How to convey your vision and values with conviction.
  • Actions to ensure change happens.
