Great presentation by Rosie and Rebecca and - I agree - in normal doses stress helps you stay focused, energetic, and alert. But, beyond a certain point, stress stops being helpful and becomes harmful to your health affecting your mood, your productivity, your relationships, and your overall quality of life. As social withdrawal is a oft quoted human reaction to excess stress, then I believe that we need to keep the communication lines open and be encouraged to talk about our experiences. And - yes - I'm beating my usual drum...you gotta exercise!
